Moho Resources Limited (“the Company”) advises that Mr Adrian Larking has resigned as a Director of the Company for personal reasons, effective immediately.

The Board would like to thank Adrian for his significant contribution and support to the Company since being appointed as a Director in 2014, including the invaluable guidance provided as part of the Company’s listing on the ASX in 2018.

Having considered the current activities of the Company and skills composition of the remaining Directors, the Board does not propose to appoint a replacement Director in the short term.

The Board of Directors of Moho Resources Limited authorised this announcement to be given to ASX.
