Moho Resources Ltd (ASX: MOH ) (“ Moho ” or “ the Company ”) advises that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, that the Annual General Meeting (“ AGM ”) of the Company will be held on Monday 29 November 2021.

An item of business at the AGM will be the election of Directors. The closing date for the receipt of nominations for the election of Directors is 18 October 2021. Any nominations must be received no later than 5.00pm (WST) on 18 October 2021 at the Company’s registered office.
