Moho Resources Ltd (ASX: MOH ) (“ Moho ” or “ the Company ”) advises that further to its announcement on 8 October 2021 and in accordance with ASIC Corporations (Extension of Time to Hold AGMs) Instrument 2021/70 ( ASIC Instrument ) which provides companies with a 30 June year end an additional two months to hold their Annual General Meeting (“ AGM ”), that the date of the AGM of the Company will now be held in mid January 2022 with a date to be confirmed shortly when the Notice of Annual General Meeting is dispatched to shareholders.

The Directors of the Company have delayed the date of the AGM so that shareholders can consider all the resolutions to be proposed following the Company’s announcement of the Placement (refer ASX announcement 25 October 2021) and Tenement and Project acquisition (refer ASX announcement 25 October 2021).

The Company expects to dispatch and announce the Notice of Meeting for the AGM shortly.

The Board of Directors of Moho Resources Limited authorised this announcement to be given to ASX.
