Further to our earlier communication of even number dated the 11[th] February 2021 on the above subject, we would like to inform you that the Accounts of JV company – M/s Neelachal Ispat Nigam Ltd (NINL) for 2019-20 onwards are getting delayed due to circumstances beyond the control of MMTC. Therefore, the company is not able to hold the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of the Unaudited Financial Results including consolidated results for the quarter ended 31[st] December 2020 within the earlier sought time of 28[th] February 2021 under the provisions of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. We, therefore, request you once again to grant us time for holding the Board Meeting of MMTC in this regard by the middle of March 2021 and publication of unaudited results thereof. Best efforts will, however, be made to hold the Board Meeting of MMTC at the earliest.
