We would like to inform you that Ms. Nigar Fatima Husain (AS&FA) (DIN 11688785), pursuant to office order 11/36/2001 dated 28.04.2026, of Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India, has been appointed as a Government Nominee Director on the Board of MMTC Limited. The copy of office order is attached as "Annexure-A".

The appointment of Ms. Nigar Fatima Husain has been taken as 07.05.2026 ( consent date ), and the filing is being done once the Approval of Directors is received for resolution by circulation of the appointment (11.05.2026).

The brief profile of Ms. Nigar Fatima Husain and other details pursuant to SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November, 2024 is attached as "Annexure-B".

(Hons.) in Zoology from Kolkata University, LLB from Delhi University, and Post-Graduation in Sociology from Dr. Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya, Sagar (M.P.). She has served as Chief Executive Officer of Roorkee, Jhansi, Deolali and Mhow Cantonments. She was also Deputy Director General, Defense Estates, looking after Vigilance matters of the Department and as Addl. Director General, Defense Estates, she was responsible for land matters pertaining to the entire Defense land in the country. She has also served as Director, in the Department of School Education and Literacy and as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Minority Affairs, Government of India.
