Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 (6) of SEBI (Listing & Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, it is hereby informed that Shri Vibhu Nayar, IAS(TN:1990) has assumed the charge of CMD, MMTC Limited (additional charge) w.e.f. 1[st] March, 2022 pursuant to Deptt. of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt of India Office order No. A-12022/20/2019-E-IV dated 24.2.2022 vice Shri Sanjay Chadha, Additional Secretary, Department of Commerce, MOC&I.

Shri Vibhu Nayar is a member of the Indian Administrative Service and Senior Policy Maker in India with three decades of Experience in PSUs, Projects and Policy Implementation. He has led many mega infrastructure projects in collaboration with World Bank and other multi-lateral financial institutions. He is currently ‘Executive Director’ at the ‘India Trade Promotion Organisation’ (ITPO) under the Department of Commerce, Government of India, New Delhi.

It is hereby informed that Shri Vibhu Nayar is not related to any other Director on the Board of the Company on the date of his appointment in MMTC Limited and is not debarred from holding the office of Director pursuant to any SEBI order or order of any other such authority.
