Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 (6) of SEBI (Listing & Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, it is hereby informed that following Directors;

1. Dr. Jayant Dasgupta

2. Shri Rajnish Goenka

3. Shri Rajendrasingh Ratansinh Jadeja

who were appointed as Independent Directors of the Company by the President of India vide Order No. 14/13/97 -FT(ST) dated 27/01/2017 for a period of 3 years, ceased to hold office w.e.f. 27/01/2020.

It may be mentioned that the Company was expecting Communication from the administrative ministry regarding the extension of their tenure as Independent Directors beyond the above date. However, no such Communication has been received so far.
