Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing & Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, it is hereby informed that pursuant to Order No. 11/36/2001-FT(M&O) of Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt of India, the Board of Directors of MMTC in its meeting held on 14.2.2020 confirmed the appointment of Shri Shyamal Misra, IAS (Haryana Cadre - 1996 batch), Joint Secretary, Department of Commerce, MOC&I as Government Nominee Director effective from the date of his consent to act as Director i.e. 24.2.2020, vice Shri Darpan Jain.

It is understood and hereby informed that:-
- (i) Shri Shyamal Misra, IAS, is not related to any other Director on the Board of MMTC Limited.
- (ii) Shri Shyamal Misra, IAS is not debarred from holding the office of Director pursuant to any SEBI order or order of any other such authority.
