1. Mr. Rajiv Ranjan Sinha is not related to any other Director on the Board of the Company nor he was holding any Directorship in any other company on the date of his appointment in MMTC Limited.

2. It is hereby informed that Shri Rajiv Ranjan Sinha, newly appointed Director(Personnel) has furnished a declaration that he is not debarred from holding the office of Director pursuant to any SEBI order or order of any other such authority
