a member of the Supervisory Board of MLP Group S.A., i.e. a person fulfilling managerial functions of the issuer as defined by the MAR Regulation, in connection with the acquisition of 640 shares of MLP Group S.A. in Pruszków on 30 March 2022, I submit a notification of a transaction pursuant to Article 19(1) of the MAR Regulation.

członek Rady Nadzorczej MLP Group S.A. tj. osoba pełniąca funkcje zarządcze emitenta w rozumieniu definicji rozporządzenia MAR, w związku z dokonaniem w dniu 30 marca 2022 r. nabycia 640 akcji spółki MLP Group S.A. w Pruszkowie, przedkładam zawiadomienie o transakcji, zgodnie z art. 19 ust. 1 rozporządzenia MAR.
