a member of the Supervisory Board of MLP Group S.A., i.e. a person fulfilling managerial functions of the issuer as defined by the MAR Regulation, in connection with the acquisition of 270 shares of MLP Group S.A. in Pruszków on 13 September 2021 and the acquisition of 150 shares of MLP Group S.A. in Pruszków on 7 October 2021, submit a notification of a transaction pursuant to Article 19(1) of the MAR Regulation.

członek Rady Nadzorczej MLP Group S.A. tj. osoba pełniąca funkcje zarządcze emitenta w rozumieniu definicji rozporządzenia MAR, w związku z dokonaniem w dniu 13 września 2021 r. roku nabycia 270 akcji spółki MLP Group S.A. w Pruszkowie oraz w dniu 7 października 2021 nabycia 150 akcji spółki MLP Group S.A. w Pruszkowie, przedkładam zawiadomienie o transakcji, zgodnie z art. 19 ust. 1 rozporządzenia MAR.
