(Obecnie: Członek Zarządu GD&K Consulting (OpCo) oraz spółek inwestycyjnych PropCo) w GD&K Group. Specjalizacja: finanse, zarządzanie, project finance.

Jest absolwentem Akademii Górniczo - Hutniczej w Krakowie oraz studiów MBA na University of Minnesota

Karierę rozpoczął w Banku Handlowym S.A. na stanowisku specjalisty ds. kredytowania, później pełnił funkcję dyrektora Corporate Banking w Citi Bank Handlowy. W latach 2004-2009 pełnił funkcję Dyrektora Makroregionu w Banku Millennium. Zarządzał również spółką Oknoplast jako Dyrektor Generalny.

Od roku 2010 związany z Miraculum SA. W latach 2010-2011 pełnił w spółce funkcję CFO, następnie Członka Zarządu - Dyrektora Finansowego, a w latach 2014-2015 był Członkiem Rady Nadzorczej spółki.

Z końcem 2011 roku objął stanowisko CFO w randze Członka Zarządu, odpowiedzialnego za finanse i inwestycje grupy w GD&K Group.

He is a graduate of the Academy of Mining and Metallurgy in Krakow and Master of Business Administration studies at the University of Minnesota

Paweł Gilarski began his professional career in Bank Handlowy SA as a loan officer, then as the loan division head in Cracow. Later advanced on Director of Corporate Banking at Citi Bank Handlowy. In 2004-2009 he took the position of Director of Macroregion (Corporate Banking) at Bank Millennium. He also led the company Oknoplast as General Director.

Since 2010 he is liked with Miraculum SA. In 2010-2011 he served as CFO of the company, then a Member of the Management Board - Financial Director, and in the years 2014-2015 held the position of the Member of the Supervisory Board.

From the end of 2011 he was appointed for CFO (in the rank of Member of the Management Board), responsible for finance and investments in GD & K Group.
