EXPIRY OF UNLISTED OPTIONS

MinRex Resources Limited ( MinRex or the Company ) (ASX: MRR) advises that 16,625,000 unlisted options at 20 cents each expired on Monday 11 July 2016. No options were exercised and hence these options have now lapsed.

Following the expiry of the abovementioned options, MinRex now has the following capital structure:

Ordinary Fully Paid Shares on Issue: 36,979,684
