ASX AND MEDIA ANNOUNCEMENT

11 December 2015

MINREX ANNOUNCES THE CONSOLIDATION OF PARTLY PAID SHARES

In accordance with the timetable set out in the Notice of Meeting and the resolutions passed at the Annual General Meeting on 23 November 2015, on 7 December 2015 the Company reduced its share capital by:

  • extinguishing the uncalled amount of 19 cents per share on 17,500,000 partly paid shares; and

  • consolidating those shares on a 20: 1 basis into 875,000 fully paid ordinary shares.

  • As a result there are now 18,375,001 ordinary shares on issue.

In accordance with the resolutions passed at the Annual General Meeting on 23 November 2015 the Company has issued 19 Options exercisable at $0.20 each on or before 11 July 2016 to the partly paid Shareholders for every 20 partly paid shares held, resulting in 16,625,000 being issued.

Accordingly, please find attached an Appendix 3B for each of the issue of ordinary shares and the issue of unlisted options.
