Proposed acquisition of Skin Elements to move forward to a formal vote

Minrex Resources NL ( Minrex ) (ASX: MRR) is pleased to announce that it has now entered into formal share purchase agreements with the minority shareholders in Skin Elements Pty Ltd ( Skin ), which completes the sign off of all Skin shareholders.

A notice of meeting and explanatory memorandum is being prepared and will be despatched to Minrex shareholders as soon as possible.
