REPLACEMENT APPENDIX 5B

MinRex Resources Limited ( ASX: MRR ) (“ MinRex ” or “the Company ”) advises a replacement Appendix 5B for the December 2022 quarter is attached to this announcement.

The replacement Appendix 5B confirms at 31 December 2022 the Company had $13.02m cash on hand and an estimated 35.96 quarters (approx. 11.98 years) of funding available for future operating activities per the requisite calculation in section 8.
