PUBLIC OFFER PROSPECTUS – OFFER CLOSES 11 JANUARY 2016

Further to our recent letter, in which we attached a Public Offer Prospectus for your attention, we would like to remind you ahead of the busy Christmas and New Year break, the public offer of shares in MinRex Resources NL (‘MinRex’) closes on 11 January 2016 or such other date as notified by MinRex.

On completion of the acquisition of all of the share capital in Hello Real Estate Limited, MinRex will change its name to Hello Property Group Limited.

If you have mislaid your copy of the Prospectus and want to take part in this public offer, an electronic copy of the Prospectus is available for your use on our website at www.minrex.com.au.
