Appointment of Director

MinRex Resources Limited ( MinRex or the Company ) (ASX: MRR) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr James Anthony Ellingford to the Board of MinRex with effect from 3 November 2017 and welcome him to the Company.

Dr Ellingford is an experienced company Director who serves on the Boards of several listed companies and has previously served as International Executive President of a multi-billion dollar NASDAQ business Take-Two Interactive Software with its headquarters in Geneva and New York.

Dr Ellingford brings to the Company decades of international experience and has close ties with financial institutions and governments throughout the world.
