Appointment and Resignations of Directors

MinRex Resources Limited ( MinRex or the Company ) (ASX: MRR) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr David Ross Hannon, who is an experienced Director and Investor, to the Board of MinRex with effect from 4 April 2016 and welcome him to the Company.

At the same time, we announce the resignations from the Board of MinRex of Mr Abraham Anthony Schildkaut with effect from 4 April 2016 and Mr Emmanuel Heyndrickx with effect from 5 April 2016. We thank both Directors for their commitment and service to the Company and wish them well for the future.
