Appointment and Resignation of Directors

Minrex Resources NL ( Minrex or the Company ) (ASX: MRR) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Robert Hartley Downey and Mr Abraham Anthony Schildkraut to the Board of Minrex with effect from 8 September 2014 and welcome them to the Company.
