MIDI plc ("the Company") announces that it has been informed by Vassallo Builders Group Limited that its shareholding in the Company amounts to 10,687,657 ordinary shares. This represents 4.99% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital with voting rights attached.

Shares held in the Company by Vassallo Builders Group Limited fell below the 5% threshold on the 5 September 2017.
