The following is a company announcement issued by MIDI plc ("MIDI" or "the Company") pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

Change in Shareholding

The Company hereby announces that pursuant to a number of trades during the course of the years 2011 and 2012, the level of shareholding held by Investors Limited (C 26602) in the Company has reduced from the 7.17% held at the end of 2010 to below the 5% threshold, and this as previously disclosed in the Company's 2011 Annual Report.

The number of shares currently held by Investors Limited in the Company amounts to 5,342,425 shares (2.49%).
