COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a company announcement issued by MIDI plc ("MIDI" or "the Company") pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

Manoel Island Project

The Company is currently in discussions with various third parties who have expressed an interest to invest in the Manoel Island Project.

Subject to fulfilment of its contractual obligations and necessary regulatory approvals, the intention of the Company's Board of Directors is to conclude an agreement with one of the aforementioned third parties.

Should such an agreement give rise to a Class 2 Transaction in terms of the Listing Rules, the Company's Board of Directors will seek Shareholder approval accordingly. The Board of Directors will promptly make additional announcements as and when necessary.
