Change of Company Secretary
The Company announces that Mr. Graham Fairclough has tendered his resignation as Company Secretary with effect from 25 August 2017. There are no circumstances pertaining to the resignation which warrant any disclosure.
Dr Catherine Formosa of 185, Independence Avenue, Zurrieq, will take over as Company Secretary of MIDI plc as from 25 August 2017. In the past 5 years she acted as Company Secretary of Bank of Valletta plc.
There are no matters concerning Dr Formosa that require disclosure under Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.
