The following is a company announcement issued by MIDI plc ("MIDI" or "the Company") pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

Appointment of Director

The Company hereby announces that following the Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company held on the 18 June 2013, Mr John Mary sive Jimmy Gatt (I.D. 299052M) of 'Ziffa', Triq Bugibba, Saint Paul's Bay, has been appointed as a non-executive director with effect from 18 June 2013. Mr Gatt is the chairman of Gatt Brothers (Mosta) Limited and has been active in the private industry for the past 40 years, mainly in the development of residential and commercial property. Amongst the current directorships held by Mr Gatt, he sits on the board of Pender Ville Limited. He is also a director of Gatt Investments Limited and Josons Construction Co. Ltd, both shareholders of the Company. Prior to admission to listing of the Company's ordinary shares, Mr Gatt also acted as director of the Company.

He does not hold office as director in any other Listed Company nor has he held any such office at any time in the previous five years. There are no matters concerning Mr Gatt that require disclosure under Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.

Furthermore, pursuant to the same AGM, the following were automatically re-appointed as Directors of the Company, given that the number of nominations for directors was equivalent to the number of vacancies on the Board :-
