Annual General Meeting – Update
Reference is made to Company Announcement no. 169 issued on the 4 April 2022 where the Company had announced that the Annual General Meeting for 2022 would be held remotely.
Following the lifting by the Health Authorities of relevant Covid-19 restrictions, the Annual General Meeting for 2022 will be now held physically on Thursday, the 16 June 2022 at 1600 hours at the Fortress Suite, Corinthia St. George's Bay Hotel, St. Julian's.
Th relevant Annual General Meeting documentation will be mailed to shareholders on the Company's register at the Central Securities Depository of the Malta Stock Exchange (MSE) as at close of trading of the 17 May 2022 (the Record Date).
