MR PIER SILVIO BERLUSCONI: "2025, AN EXTRAORDINARY YEAR: CONSOLIDATED NET PROFIT MORE THAN DOUBLED COMPARED TO THE PREVIOUS FINANCIAL YEAR"
Today, Wednesday 18 March, a press conference with the Italian press took place at Mediaset's headquarters in Cologno Monzese.
During the press conference, Mr Pier Silvio Berlusconi, Chairman and Group CEO of MFE-MEDIAFOREUROPE, announced an estimate of the key indicators of the 2025 consolidated financial statements, which includes ProsiebenSat.1's contribution in the fourth quarter: net profit more than doubled compared to the EUR 137.9 million of the previous financial year and an estimate of the Group's free cash flow, based on public information, of approximately EUR 500 million (approximately EUR 300 million on a like-for-like basis).
The consolidated results of MFE group for 2025 will be approved by the Board of Directors on 15 April 2026.
