APPOINTMENT OF NEW COMPANY SECRETARY

Metro Mining Limited (ASX: MMI) (Metro) advises that due to an increase in his other commitments, Mitchell Petrie has resigned as Company Secretary of Metro. Robin Bates has been appointed as Company Secretary with effect from 1 March 2023.

Mrs Bates is a practicing solicitor and Chartered Secretary, a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Chairman Mr Doug Ritchie thanked Mr Petrie for his commitment to Metro: “Mitchell’s contribution to Metro has been significant. He has been with the business for over three years and has worked with the Board through a range of challenges. Metro’s Board, Management team and I personally wish to thank Mitchell for his support, hard work and tireless efforts.”

Mr Ritchie also welcomed Mrs Bates to the Metro Mining Leadership Team. “The Board and Executive Leadership Team are looking forward to working with Mrs Bates as the business moves towards the start of 2023 Production.”
