Resignation of Non-Executive Director

Metro Mining Limited (ASX:MMI) (Metro or Company) advises that Ms Jo-Anne Scarini has given notice of her resignation, effective from 30 May 2026.

Ms Scarini has been a Non-Executive Director of the Company since 29 October 2024 and was the Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee, as well as a member of the People and Culture Committee and the ESG Committee.

Mr Ritchie, the Chairman of the Board said "Jo-Anne has been a highly regarded and respected member of our Board since her appointment, and we are sad to see her go. On behalf of the Board of Directors, we extend our thanks to Jo for her valuable contribution to Metro during an intense and significant period of growth for the Company and wish her all the very best."

This announcement has been approved by the Chairman of the Board, Mr Ritchie.
