DIRECTOR RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT AS ALTERNATE DIRECTOR
COMPANY SECRETARY RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT
MetroCoal Limited (ASX-MTE) advises that Mr John Haley will retire as a Director of the Company effective 30 June 2013, but will be appointed as an Alternate Director to Mr Andrew Gillies.
This will reduce the number of MetroCoal Directors to five (5) and will reduce the representative Directors of the Company’s major shareholder, Metallica Minerals Limited to one Director (with Mr Haley as an Alternate Director).
Mr Haley will also resign as Company Secretary of the Company effective 30 June 2013 and Mr Theo Psaros, MetroCoal’s Chief Operating Officer and former Company Secretary, will be appointed as Company Secretary.
