MetalsGrove Mining Ltd (ASX: MGA) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of MetalsGrove Mining Ltd (‘MGA’) will be halted at the request of MGA, pending the release of an announcement by MGA.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 11 December 2025; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

MGA’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

MetalsGrove Mining Limited (ASX: MGA) Trading Halt Request

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1 MetalsGrove Mining Limited (the Company ) requests an immediate halt on its securities ( ASX: MGA ) from the commencement of trading on 9 December 2025.

For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information in relation to its request:

• a) The trading halt is requested pending an announcement in relation to a proposed capital raise and land acquisition;

• b) The Company requests that the trading halt end on the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 11 December 2025, or when the anticipated announcement referred to in (a) above is released to the market; and

• c) The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, or any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
