BOARD CHANGES

MetalsGrove Mining Limited (ASX: MGA) (“MetalsGrove” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that Perth based businessman, Mr Haobo Yuan has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director effective today.
Mr Haobo (Andy) Yuan has over 20 years of commercial experience across food processing, international trade, property investment, resources and industrial projects. He is the founder and principal of a Western Australia-based meat processing and wholesale business established in 2005, supplying restaurants, supermarkets, government institutions, hospitals and large commercial clients. The business has developed into a significant food supply and processing operation.
In addition to his food industry experience, Mr. Yuan has been actively involved in investment activities across the mining, energy, agriculture and industrial sectors. He has participated in a number of strategic investment and project development initiatives involving Australian and international counterparties, particularly between Australia and China.
Mr. Yuan currently serves as an Executive Director of Baumart Holdings Limited (ASX: BMH), an ASX-listed company involved in building supply chain solutions, modular housing and related industrial projects. He was appointed to the Board in October 2025 and participates in corporate governance, strategic planning and business development initiatives.
Mr. Yuan also serves as current President of the Chung Wah Association, the oldest and most respected Chinese community organisation in Western Australia. The Association is actively involved in Community care, Chinese language education, multicultural community development and strengthening cultural and business relationships between Australia and China. In this role, Mr. Yuan works closely with community leaders, government representatives and business stakeholders to promote cultural exchange and community engagement.
Mr Haidong Chi, a founding director of the Company, resigns from the Board also effective today. The Board records its appreciation of Mr Chi’s services over the past 4 years.
