Description

MetalsGrove Mining Limited (‘MGA’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX on Monday, 4 July 2022.

The securities of MGA will commence quotation at 1:00pm AEST on Wednesday, 6 July 2022.

MGA raised $6,400,000 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 13 May 2022 by the issue of 32,000,000 shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share.
