Appointment of CFO & Company Secretary

MetalsGrove Mining Limited ( ASX: MGA ) (“ MetalsGrove ” or the “ Company ”) advises that Mr Susmit Shah has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary effective today.

Mr Shah, an accountant by profession, has been involved as a director and company secretary of various public listed companies for thirty years, with hands-on involvement in IPOs, backdoor listings, mergers, joint venture negotiations and corporate fundraising.

Mr Shah replaces Ms Rebecca Broughton who steps down as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary effective today. The Board thanks Ms Broughton for her valuable contribution to the Company and wishes her every success in her future endeavours.

For the purposes of ASX listing rule 12.6, Mr Shah will be the person responsible for communications between the Company and the ASX.
