MetalsGrove Mining Limited ( ASX: MGA ) (“ MetalsGrove ” or the “ Company ”) advises that Mr Peter Stern has resigned effective 24 September 2025.

Mr Stern was appointed to the Board on 15 April 2024 and has provided valuable guidance regarding the Company’s expansion into Cote d’Ivoire.

The Board would like to thank Mr Stern for his contribution to the Company and wish him all the best in his future endeavours.
