MetalsGrove Mining Limited ( ASX: MGA ) (“ MetalsGrove ” or the “ Company ”) advises that Mr Richard Beazley has resigned as a Director effective 8 October 2025.

Mr Beazley was appointed to the Board on 22 December 2021 and has provided valuable guidance to the Company since its initial public offering in July 2022.

The Board would like to thank Mr Beazley for his contribution to the Company and wishes him all the best in his future endeavours.

The Board has now appointed Mr Peter Ledwidge as Chair of the Company.
