Critical metals exploration and development company MetalsGrove Mining Limited (ASX: MGA ), (“ MGA ” or the “ Company ”) advises that Mr John Reynolds has been appointed as the alternate non-executive director to Mr Haidong Chi, due to the upcoming travel requirements of Mr Chi.

Mr Reynolds has more than 20 years’ experience in private practice as a lawyer and has also worked in house with mining companies. Mr Reynolds holds a combined Bachelor of Arts and Laws from the Australian National University.

Mr Reynolds is currently the Commercial Manager at KMG Mining Pty Ltd.
