Critical metals exploration and development company MetalsGrove Mining Limited (ASX: MGA ), (“ MGA ” or the “ Company ”), is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Rebecca Broughton as Chief Financial Officer.
Ms Broughton is an experienced corporate executive with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Australia). She has extensive experience focusing on the start-up, restructuring, management, growth and financing of emerging publicly listed exploration and mining companies across multiple jurisdictions.
MetalsGrove Managing Director, Sean Sivasamy, said the company is very pleased to have secured a highly experienced and capable candidate for the role of Chief Financial Officer.
