CHANGE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING DATE

MetalsGrove Mining Limited (ASX: MGA) (“MGA” or the “Company”) advises that its Annual General Meeting date will no longer be held on Tuesday, 12 November 2024.

The revised date of the Annual General Meeting is Tuesday, 19 November 2024.

26 September 2024

The meeting will commence at 10:00 am WST.

An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election and appointment of directors. In accordance with clause 15.3 of the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Monday, 7 October 2024.

Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5:00pm (WST) on Monday, 7 October 2024.
