"Teknisk flaggning" pga BTA-aktier har omvandlats till stam-aktier. Baserat på nuvarande antal utestående aktier hamnar AP4 över 5%, men baserat på antalet utestående aktier när alla emissioner är registrerade hos Bolagsverket har AP4 en ägarandel på 4,88%. Således kommer en nedflaggning ske inom en nära framtid.
