The Company announces that it has been notified that, on the 25 June 2021, Malampaya Investments Limited transferred its shareholding in the Company to its ultimate beneficial owner, Mr Anthony J. Duncan. As a result, Malampaya Investment Limited is no longer a shareholder in the Company and Mr Duncan holds 18,450,000 ordinary shares in the Company, presently representing 34.33% of the issued share capital of the Company.
The transfer is motivated by an estate planning exercise being carried out by Mr. Duncan. The Company's website has been updated to include the required notification - http://www.medservenergy.com/pdmr-notifications.
