The Company announces that, on the 22 April 2026, it received two Notifications of Major Holdings from Ms Charlotte Lee Gough, in her capacity as universal heir of the late Mr Anthony Duncan and as a shareholder of the Company.
The Company was notified that, following the passing of Mr Anthony Duncan, his entire shareholding in the Company has been transferred to his wife, Ms Charlotte Lee Gough, with effect from 17 April 2026. As a result of the transfer, Ms Charlotte Lee Gough now owns 17,044,000 shares in the Company, equivalent to 16.7693% of the issued share capital of the Company.
