QUOTE

The board of directors refers to company announcement 185/19 issued on the 20 May 2019. The Company is informed that, its majority shareholders have, after having received non-binding offers from interested offerors, proceeded to select a preferred bidder.

It is expected that the majority shareholders will immediately enter into negotiations with the preferred bidder for the purpose of concluding a binding offer, which will in turn trigger the requirement for a bid by the offeror in terms of Chapter 11 (Takeover Bids) of the Listing Rules. Should an agreement be reached between the said parties, an announcement on the details of the offeror and the offer shall be published to the market.
