Successful Award of Exploration Well Offshore Malta

The following is a company announcement issued by Medserv p.l.c. (the "Company") pursuant to Chapter 5 of the Listing Rules.

QUOTE

The Company is pleased to announce that Genel Energy Petroleum Services Limited has awarded in favour of Medserv Operations Limited the contract for the provision of Logistical Supply Base Services, Transportation, and Associated Services in relation to the drilling of an exploration well offshore Malta. Medserv Operations Limited is a 100% owned subsidiary of Medserv p.l.c.

The contract is effective from the 1st October 2013, and its duration shall be for an initial period of one well (approximate duration of the well is fifty to one hundred and twenty days) plus an option to extend for a further one well (same duration) to be confirmed within thirty months of completion of the first well.
