This is a company announcement being made by Medserv p.l.c. ("the Company") in compliance with Listing Rule 5.13:

The directors are pleased to announce that Medserv Operations Limited ("MedOps"), a subsidiary of Medserv p.l.c., has signed a 15 year lease agreement that will come into effect on the termination of the current concession, which expires in 2045. This extension of MedOps' title of lease to 2060 is conditional upon MedOps making additional investments totalling Euro 9 million by 2021 and meeting certain employment obligations.

MedOps' extended title allows it to continue to expand its operations and meet the requirements of long-term projects in the Mediterranean.
