Resignation of Chief Human Resources Officer

QUOTE

The Company announces that Nicholas Schembri has resigned from the post of Chief Human Resources Officer of the Medserv Group. Mr. Schembri will remain in office until the 13 September 2019.

The Company will immediately start the search and selection process for a suitable replacement and further information will be brought to the attention of the public as soon as this is available. In the interim, the duties previously falling under Mr Schembri's remit shall be assumed by other members of the Human Resources team and senior management, all of which shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
