The ManagementBoard of Medicalgorithmics S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (_quot;Company_quot;)informs about the intention to conclude an agreement for the supply ofdevices as part of the project Delivery of equipment, medical apparatusand equipment for the Cardiology Department with associated laboratoriesand OINK, in part I - Diagnostic system for arrhythmic disorders using50 Holter recorders with online access to the results and continuous ECGrecording - 50 pcs. carried out by the Independent Public Health Care_#160;Facilityof the Ministry of the Interior and Administration in Bialystok namedMarian Zyndram-Kościałkowski.

At the sametime, the Management Board of the Company informs that on August 22,2023, information was published on the selection of the Company's offerin the public procurement procedure in an open tender, of which theContracting Authority -IndependentPublic Health Care_#160;Facility ofthe Ministry of the Interior and Administration in Bialystok namedMarian Zyndram-Kościałkowski(_quot;ContractingAuthority_quot;) informed on the website in the Information on theselection of the most advantageous offer and Contractors who submittedbids, published at:

The offersubmitted by the Company (Contractor) obtained the highest number ofpoints according to the criterion (price, deadline for performance ofthe contract) indicated in the Tender Specifications.

The amount thatthe Contracting Authority intends to allocate to finance the contract:PLN 800 115,00 gross.
