Report Content Zarząd Medicalgorithmics S.A. z siedzibą Warszawie ("Spółka") informuje, że w dniu 15 maja 2025 r. podjął uchwałę rekomendującą Zwyczajnemu Walnemu Zgromadzeniu Spółki pokrycie straty netto za rok obrotowy 2024 w wysokości 13 842 000 PLN w następujący sposób: strata w kwocie 13 842 000 PLN (trzynaście milionów osiemset czterdzieści dwa tysiące złotych) zostanie pokryta z zysków z lat przyszłych.
Ostateczną decyzję co do pokrycia straty za rok obrotowy 2024 podejmie Zwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie Spółki.
