The ManagementBoard of Medicalgorithmics S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw(the _quot;Company_quot;; _quot;Issuer_quot;) informs aboutsignificant changes in the structure of the international team of salesleaders, presented in the Company's Strategy for 2023 - 2026, publishedin the Issuer's current report No. 16/2023 of June 19, 2023. The Companyinforms that the new sales leader responsible for the sales area in theCompany as of October 1, 2023 will be Mr. James Landis as Executive VicePresident of Global Sales and Marketing, previously VP Sales andBusiness Development North America. In addition, in connection with thedevelopment of the Company's sales, the Supervisory Board of the Companydelegated Mr. David Cash - Member of the Supervisory Board of theCompany to independently perform supervisory duties over the Company'ssales area.

The above change isalso related to the planned change of the role of Mr. JarosławJerzakowski, Member of the Management Board of the Company, the currentChief Commercial Officer, who will perform new duties as Chief OperatingOfficer (COO) from October 1, 2023, where he will support thedevelopment of the Company's business, which was covered by theresolution of the Supervisory Board approving the above changes. Thefunction of Mr. Jarosław Jerzakowski in the Management Board of theCompany, in which he is a Member of the Management Board, will notchange.
