The ManagementBoard of Medicalgorithmics S.A. (the _quot;Company_quot;), in reference to theCompany's current report No. 62/2022 of_#160;October 28, 2022, informs that in connection withthe implementation of the conditions precedent stipulated in resolutionsNo. 8/10/2022, 9/10/2022 and 10/10/2022 of the Extraordinary GeneralMeeting of the Company of October 28, 2022, on November 16, 2022, thefollowing persons were appointed to act as members of the SupervisoryBoard of the Company: (i) p. Paweł Lewicki, (ii) Mr. Krzysztof Siemionowand (iii) Mr. David Cash (collectively, _quot;New Members of the_#160;SupervisoryBoard_quot;).

The CVs of the NewMembers of the Supervisory Board are attached to this current report.

The new Members ofthe Supervisory Board declared that they:

1) do notparticipate in a company competitive to the Company as partners in acivil law partnership, partnership or capital company, as well as theydo not participate in a competitive legal person as members of its body;

2) are not enteredin the Register of Insolvent Debtors, kept on the basis of the Act of 20August 1997 on the National Court Register.

Mr. Paweł Lewicki,Mr. Krzysztof Siemionow and Mr. David Cash stated that they performother activities outside the Company's enterprise, but these activitiesare not competitive in relation to the activities performed by theCompany.
